PLM Programming Competence Leader Giarmata , West Romania

Your tasks: You will be working within the Hella Corporate Center Romania which operates and administrates the company's business divisions. Here you will coordinate the SAP PLM/PPM (Product Lifecycle Management and SAP Project and Portfolio Management Systems) international software development team. You will coordinate the evaluation of system requirements from business divisions. You will be responsible to define system specifications and concepts in collaboration with the central team. You will control and coordinate software development, software quality checks and testing. You will define software development guidelines and policies with respect to Hella IT standards. You will support the planning, coordination and execution of roll outs across the Hella group.

Your qualifications: Your profile is as varied as your new duties. In order to be successful in this position you are an experienced Team Leader with deep knowledge of SAP Netweaver (PDM/PLM, MM, DMS, PPM) and programming, preferred with ABAP objects and Web Dynpro. You need specific know how in product data management / product lifecycle management (PDM/PLM). You have experience in working with Microsoft Office / Lotus Notes. You have good communication skills and experience in project management. You are open-minded and willing to travel abroad. Fluency in English language is mandatory. German represents an advantage.
