Represents the company and its interest in Timisoara
Assures the efficiency of the production and the fulfilling of the costumer’s demands regarding quality standards, budget and timeframes/deadlines.
Supervises the production and provides Quality Assurance at the highest standards
Is responsible for compliance of the production site with legal regulations and the company’s guidelines
Manages, develops and motivates the site’s personnel
Has full responsibility for the budget
Our Client, a German based company, is a leading supplier for the truck industry. Founded more than 50 years ago it has now 2500 employees in 25 subsidiaries on all continents.
For some years our customer operates a production plant in Timisoara, where also the Romanian headquarter is located.
For our client’s Romanian Headquarter in Timisoara we are looking for a
Plant Manager / Head of Production / General Manager
University degree in engineering preferably in mechanical engineering (TCM) or welding technologies
Relevant experience in a leading position in the metal working industry preferably in an international company
Experience in TS16949, SPC, TQM, KVP
Very good command of English or German
Good PC Skills
Excellent Management skills
Self driven and target-oriented working style
