RESPONSABILITATI

This position is a specialist role to support the creation of PFMEA in a standardised way. The person has to create the rules, support the training activity and coach ME’s and others, to use the PFMEA tool to improve the process.

Main responsabilities:
Coordinate and moderate the PFMEA meetings;
Train and guide the project teams(ME, QE, Prod, log) to use PFMEA procedures;
Participate in PFMEA meetings - propose of improvement solutions;
Create and maintaine a Leasson learned database for all projects;
Define methods in order to implement Control Plan in APIS / IQ-RM;
Monitor the PFMEA updates.


CERINTE

Technical University
PFMEA trained by certified body
3 years knowledge of manufacturing documents in Automotive environment; project management experience;
Specific experience in PFMEA methodology;
MS Office; APIS knolwedge would be an advantage;
English is mandatory, German, French, Italian would be an advantage;
Strong committment, teamwork skilled, analytical,organising and consistent, able to maintain best in class performance;
Good team player with proactive "can do" attitude.
