- Ensures an optimal functionality of the Research & Development department;
- Manages various administrative tasks (e.g. work records, offers, budget preparation), creates various business and process documents (for quality, finance, purchasing), specific reports etc;
- Handles business correspondence, manages arrangements for meetings, business travels and events;
- Sets up and tracks the orders for office materials, work equipment, software;
- Plays an active role in personnel recruitment for the R&D department (initial screening of the applications, phone-screening of the applicants, interview scheduling, maintaining up-to-date the recruitment database).
- Relevant work experience in office organization for an international company;
- Very good English and German skills;
- Excellent PC proficiency, especially Word, MS Excel, MS Powepoint, Internet;
- Team orientation, positive attitude, strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Time management, planning and organizing skills.
