Job description:
Provides administrative support for the company?s activities
Manages communication via all channels
Arranges travel schedules and reservations?Organizes agenda, meetings, conference calls, calendar
Draws monthly controlling and reporting documents and also presentations and translations
Offers assistance in organizing company events
Selects, manages and deals with suppliers in order to assure flawless daily activities
Prepares all payment orders and maintains petty cash float, assists with the preparation of invoices
Manages relationship with banks and institutions
Requirements:
University degree in Economics
Excellent written and spoken English and German skills are a great advantage
Advanced knowledge of Ms Office and Internet
Previous experience of working in an office environment
Detail- oriented person with excellent organizational skills
Exquisite verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
Able to manage multiple tasks with no supervision required
Responsible and flexible person
