MES Engineer (Manufacturing & Execution System) Giarmata , West Romania

Your Functions You will be working within the Hella Corporate Center Romania which operates and administrates the company's business divisions. Here you will oversee the functioning of the information systems that manage manufacturing operations in factories. You have to make sure that the overall MES is running smoothly. You will implement the given traceability requirements into the MES application for new and existing products Configure and customize the MES software for new products. You will resolve any traceability problems and ensure that it meets the company’s needs. You have to handle traceability production process flows, equipment hardware, software requirements and MES customizing. You will configure and set-up new servers and other requirements needed by the system for the company’s network and for their external clients as well. You have to administer the company’s MES system as well as all the interfaces with the system. You will have to take part in multidisciplinary workshops for new or existing products and offers solutions to ensure the MES processes are developed according to company standards. You have to write technical requirements for new projects, and depending of the type of project can lead a project team to implement the requirements. You will also support the internal employee system and other company’s system  

Your Competence Your profile is as varied as your new duties. In order to be successful in this position you will have a University degree in a computer related field. You must be familiar with network systems, Microsoft and Unix operating systems, project management and QA principles, and production environment. You also need knowledge in programming languages like .NET or JAVA. Fluency in English language is mandatory.
