Your Competence Your profile is as varied as your new duties. You will have successfully completed a course of studies in mechanical engineering, mechatronics or precision engineering area. You have several years of experience as a designer in a customer project, including the industrialization of development projects. You have experience in analysis and optimization of development processes focusing on Mechanical Design development, ideally concerning automotive control devices. You have experience with current tools used by engineering processes (CAD, product data management). You have sound knowledge of project management and good knowledge of system development methods and overview regarding the associated processes and appropriate standards (VDI directives etc.). Your experience in process modelling language Business Process Modelling Notation using the tool STAGES is an advantage.You are familiar in dealing with quality methods and you have a convincing and competent appearance and customer-orientation. You have qood communication skills and ability to deal with conflicts both on telephone and direct conversations.Willingness for constant learning and readiness of mind is highly appreciated as well as your cooperative and self-dependent work style. Your command of English is excellent and you are willing for short term travel activities.
