Management Assistant for Technical Center Timisoara Timisoara , West Romania

Your Tasks In your role you will be focused on offering support for Hella Electronics Management Team Involvement in the coordination of tactical and strategic tasks within the division on behalf of the superior on the basis of prescribed guidelines, and arranging for groundwork to be done by internal and external positions Involvement in the planning and implementation of organizational changes in cooperation with the positions involved Planning, carrying out, analyzing and presenting extensive research, such as benchmark studies, taking internal and external services into account, according to prescribed guidelines, preparing bases for decisions Involvement in the preparation of studies e.g. concerning supplier, customer and market developments in cooperation with internal or external positions Preparation and drafting of contracts and presentations, as well as carrying out workshops, managing subject-specific correspondence from home and abroad Defining, planning, coordinating and monitoring tasks within a project team, involvement of internal and external services if required, taking economic, quality-related and scheduling aspects into account Carrying out project controlling in the form of reviews (concluding and intermediate reports) with the Division Manager on the basis of agreed project targets Organize Management agenda, including business trip planning (using specific tools), reservations, organize visits from guests, both internal and external. You will manage the information flow, phone, e-mails, correspondence, re-directing to the appropriate departments You will be in contact with colleagues from other Hella sites, on specific issues, in order to plan and organize the needed activities. Preparing comprehensive and versatile graphs, evaluations, overviews, organizational diagrams and similar according to specifications and/or existing documents Offer support to colleagues on various topics (eg. business trips, documents completion, etc.).

Your Qualifications Previous experience in a similar position or in a multinational environment Excellent knowledge of English, German is a plus Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Power Point, Excel and Word) Good synthesis capacity, with SMART prioritization and excellent organizing skills Trusted and reliable person Empathic and excellent communicator with a proactive attitude and teamwork skills
