Local IT support Engineer - for Lugoj location Timisoara , West Romania

Your Functions You will be working within HELLA Corporate Center Romania which operates and administers the company's business divisions. Here you will be part of our Local IT support team, as a first level and second level support specialist in the local IT department in one of the Hella locations in Timisoara. Your main tasks within the local IT support are: Hardware and software installations; Setup, Configuration and troubleshooting of Windows clients and other client applications, Lotus Notes email clients, Active Directory, Windows Servers, networking and phone system. You will be involved in other tasks such as user administration and file permissions, antivirus, backup and file archiving. You will communicate with the users directly by phone and/or email.

Your Competence In order to be successful in this position you must have a university degree and general IT knowledge. You have to have experience in IT customer support. You have very good knowledge in Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory. You should also have very good knowledge in Microsoft Windows clients, Networking, Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes Clients. Fluency in English language is mandatory.
