For our Timisoara office we are seeking 2 young professionals to join our Global Purchasing Team and enter the international online survey industry. They will be responsible for securing the appropriate bids and feasibilities from third party sample providers. By assisting Sample, Sales and Project Management teams, they will be actively involved in delivering online survey projects to our clients.
Main Tasks:
- Contact appropriate third party Sample Providers in order to obtain bids as requested by Sales and Project Management teams corporate-wide
- Negotiate sample prices and conditions with providers, in order to maintain profit margin levels at all times
- Take responsibility for all assigned sample purchases, in terms of documents, prices and deadlines
- Maintain a professional, cordial and effective work relation with Sample Providers, Sample, Sales and Project Management teams
Requirements:
- University Degree, preferably in International Business, Business Admin and Economic or related field
- Some experience in Sales or Purchasing in a multi-national environment
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, cross-cultural understanding
- Excellent in English; second major European language is a plus, as well as Asian language, such as Chinese or Japanese
- Team oriented, self-motivated, organized and accurate, even under stress conditions for meeting deadline
- Available to work in a shifts, to cover US, Europe and Asia
