RESPONSABILITATI

From this posistion You will be offering IT 2nd level support for our global clients.
Your main resposabilities will be as follow:
- troubleshooting on Windows XP clients;
- install updates for clients software (e.g. IE, Adobe,.NET, etc…) ;
- support via internal ticketing system tools, e-mail and phone;
- connect remotely on client workstations/servers for gathering necessary information, analyze and solve client's incidents;
- incident tracking and updating using our internal tools;
- ticketing monitoring and follow-up & maintaining communication with the customer;
- analyzing problems/situations, understanding problem impact on client business;
- responding to clients queries, providing timely resolutions to client’s issues;
- document changes in our internal work instructions;
- maintaining highest customer satisfaction


CERINTE

- German language is MANDATORY ; English – minimun intermediate level;
- 2-4 years of experience in IT field;
- experience in large IT infrastructures;
- windows server 2003 management know-how;
- skills in Windows environment including Windows Explorer and Internet Explorer;
- good command of MS Office package;
- windows XP knowledge & troubleshooting;
- managing software and tools (also updating);
- basic knowledge of various web browsers (IE, Firefox, etc);
- strong written and oral communication skills;
- able to work both independently and in team environment;
- able to communicate problems/issues to customers in a non-technical manner;
- customer focus;


The following represents an advantage:
- Experience with SharePoint services;
- Ticketing systems knowledge.
