Main purpose of the job: the primary purpose of this job is to onboard suppliers in EDI.
Main responsibilities:
- Responsible for implementing supplier EDI transactions for suppliers in Americas, Europe and Asia;
- Coordinate testing with suppliers and internal Flextronics teams for EDI testing and implementation;
- Report progress to management on a weekly basis;
- Provide assistance on the functional and technical process;
- Present, organize and convey issues across teams;
- Interacts primarily with teammates, supervisors, suppliers and internal customers;
- Perform other related duties and tasks as assigned by EIS management, or as they become evident from time.
1.Studies and qualifications:
- Student or University degree - desirable (informatics, computers, automatics)
2. Experience:
- 1-2 years working experience in the software industry would be a plus;
- Basic ERP Knowledge in Distribution and Accounts Payable modules (Desirable Baan IV & V)
3. Abilities/ Skills:
- Ability to communicate well within team and in Vendors interactions (verbal, written);
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to information from groups;
- Teamwork player;
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
