The HR Marketing Specialist is responsible to organize the HR related marketing activities in order to meet the company's needs.
His/her responsibilities include:
- Relation with Universities and Student organizations;
- Relation with Newspapers and Job board sites for publishing our job advertisements
- Designing of advertisement materials(e.g. posters, flyers)
- Organizing the Job Fairs and Job Caravan
- University degree in a relevant field (i.e. Marketing & Communication, Economics, etc)
- 1 year professional experience
- Good command of English language/ German would be a plus
- Excellent skills with Microsoft Office tools
- Knowledge of Photoshop and/or Corel Draw
- Good communication skills, dedicated and hard working person who can deal with many challenges
