RESPONSABILITATI

-Participating to recruitment processes;
-Support for HR Generalist in implementing HR procedures;
-Organising induction day for new employees;
-Collecting and summarizing the relevant data from the sites (e.g. number of worked hours, items of the bonus system of the operators)
-Collecting and archiving the presence sheets;
-In case of new colleagues: collecting the date for the working contracts (with the support of the site managers); sending these data to the accountant office; checking the procedure of the contracting, collecting and archiving the signed contracts; checking the presence of all the related documents (certification of the medical exam, job descriptions, etc.); he / she is responsible for the official registration of the new working contracts at the local authorities (with the support of the site managers)
-In case of missing any of these documents he/she coordinates the complementation of them with the site managers
-Supervising the relevant deadlines (deadlines of periodical medical exams, end date of probation period, etc.) and informing the site managers about the deadlines
-Collecting and summarizing the data reports defined by the Headquarters
-Centralising general documents for HR and Finace departaments;


CERINTE

- Minimum secondary school education;
- At least 2 years experience in similar position;
- Good communication skills in English;
- Excellent computer skills;
- Good information management skills;
