Helpdesk Specialist (1st level Support) - German speaker Timisoara , West Romania

Your Functions You will be working within the fast growing Hella Corporate Center Romania which supports Hella companies worldwide. Here you will be part of our global IT support team and you will act as an IT Specialist in 1st level support. You will receive calls from worldwide internal IT users and you will provide direct solutions for basic requests. You will also preanalyze error descriptions in a direct dialogue with the users. You will document and categorize errors in the common Hella ticketing system. Your most common direct solution tasks will be to unlock passwords, solve Lotus Notes requests, offer access to network shares or to install different software applications.      

Your Competence In order to be successful in this position you should have general IT affinity and understanding. Fluent English and good German language skills are mandatory. Previous experience in customer support is a plus for you. You also need very good communication skills.
