Responsible for managing the local Sales, Design, Applications Engineering and Prototyping departments;
Process owner of the “Product Development” business process from acquisition to industrialization;
Responsible for the total turnover and margin of the allocated area of responsibility;
Preparation and realization of the strategic planning for all the product line activities in Europe;
Implement and control the project management according APQP rules for new customer projects and change management processes ( meaning management of the interface between, Product Management, Industrial Engineering, Production, Logistics, Quality and Purchasing departments);
Responsible for after market management (e.g. prices, relocation).
Commercial and / or engineering university degree;
Fluent in English and German; French is a plus;
In-depth knowledge of SAP and MS Office;
Several years of professional experience in product management or other related relevant roles preferably in the automotive industry;
Project management and leadership experience;
Resilient, determined and willing to move things forward.
