- Recording activities and preparing financial statements and tax returns;
- Ownership of Fixed Assets records and statutory Fixed Assets activities;
- Reconcile assigned balance sheet account;
- Prepare monthly revenue profit and loss reports;
- Assist with revenue budget and forecasts variance analysis for assigned accounts;
- Interpret new agreements/contracts for proper accounting treatment;
- Ensure internal controls are effectively maintained for revenue related areas;
- Assist with set up and tracking of revenue accounting for new marketing initiatives;
- Assist with testing of new revenue systems and ensures accounting reports are available and accurate.
- University degree in economical field;
- Relevant experience in accounting;
- Understanding of US GAAP, IFRS & SOX requirements;
- Good understanding of end to end accounting cycles;
- English and Portuguese at an advanced level are mandatory;
- Analytical thinking and organized person;
- Experience in a multinational and multicultural environment is a plus;
- Computer literacy and working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
