As Finance Administrator you will be involved in:
1. Document Processing: Prepare and support the Head of Department/GL with fulfillment of their responsibilities regarding different documents to the finance and purchasing department.
2. Department Organization: General office administration, filling, correspondence, coordinate and control the Logistic process and signature process inside the department, especially in the area of Finance.
3. Data bases inputs: Ensure accurate data input in the appropriate databases, in order to support the further financial reports used for Management.
4. Reporting Recording Hours: ensure the completeness and checking of data, in relation with other tools (e.g. VRM, TMT), supply the necessary reports and explanations for the end of the month to Finance department.
5. Submits the necessary reports and explanations for the end of the month to the finance department.
A mentor will support you to stepwise take over own responsibility after an initial training phase which will familiarize you with our products, tools, processes and organization.
Economic background and financial orientation
Tools: MS office: Excel, Word, Power Point– middle, SAP R/3; MM / F1 / CO – middle,
Fluency in English; German is a plus
