If you join our team, your main tasks will be:
- Daily Error Check of incoming ASNs for all connected
Plants;
- Error Analysis (Error Assessment, HU-Creation, Logic
Check);
- Check of Delivery Content against Packaging Instruction;
- Carrying out of Corrections in the SAP Monitor after
Error Assessment;
- Communication between EDI Manager and Clearing Centre in
case of not usable ASN Messages;
- Active Support in operational Goods Receipt Process
(physical over or under delivery, delayed ASN, no ASN);
- Active support for manual Delivery Creation;
- Input for GR Colleagues in case of wrong Despatch Notes,
Labels, ASN Info unequal physical Delivery ->Monitoring;
- Creation of a Lessons-learned Database (Error
Descriptions);
- Feedback to EDI Manager in case of Guideline Adaptations
on basis of operational Experience in day-to-day
Business.
