Your Functions // You will be working within the Hella Romania Design and Development Center from Timisoara. You will drive the target setting for team members. You should also identify and create personal development plans for team members. You need to drive the evaluation process (results and capabilities) for the team members. You will allocate the right resources to the right projects and drive the hiring process and contribute to the team development.  

Your Competence // In order to be successful in this position you must have training and coaching skills. You also need technical understanding in the domain and advanced English skills. You need communication / presentation skills and a proactive, motivating attitude, teamwork skills. You should also be a results oriented person.
