Domain Group Leader for Hardware Team - Timisoara location Timisoara , West Romania

YOUR TASKS // You will be working within Hella Romania Design and Development Center from Timisoara. Your duties are both demanding and varied. You will work in the worldwide institution and you will be responsible for identifying and creating personal development plans for team members. You will drive the target setting and the evaluation process (results and capabilities) for team members. You will ensure the allocation of the right resources to the right projects. Also, you have to support the hiring process and contribute to the team development.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS // In order to be successful in this position is mandatory to have technical understanding in the domain and very good hardware knowledge. You have training and coaching skills, but also communication / presentation skills. You are proactive and you have motivating attitude, teamwork orientation. Your good command of English, experience on a similar position until now and your willingness to learn makes you the perfect candidate.
