RESPONSABILITATI

Among the main responsibilities the future employee will have to:

- Overall control of daily Operations within the Business Unit, responsible of the P&L and budget of the Business Unit;
- Fully responsible of the P&L of the Business Unit;
- Forecasts the workload and assists the team leaders in planning and assigning of the projects, according to the established strategy of development;
- Designs and analyzes the necessary headcount in accordance to the workload and productivity goals ¿¿¿ run productivity analysis to see margin of improvements;
- Responsible for the completion of the projects, meeting the timeline expectation while maintaining our high quality standards, improving the delivery processes and producitvity and ensuring good coordination with the other departments/ Offices;
- Plans and formulates the development proposals in terms of projects, applications, technologies and costs;
- Manages and solves crisis situations;
- Proactively identify business issues, opportunities and information needs, designing and conducting appropriate complex market research in response to the issues and needs identified and develops the recommendations and conclusions;
- Closely collaborates with other business units across the Group and ensures transmission and implementation of best practices;
- Drives the team further, acts as a leader of resources and people, fosters a challenging environment and encourages talent development.

On behalf of our client, a multinational marketing research company, we are searching for a Business Unit Manager.

The ideal candidate should have:

- Up to 5 years of experience in Market Research field, in a management position;
- Solid financial analysis/budget managing methodology skills;
- Demonstrated ability to drive results and people;
- Knowledge of market research techniques (study design and analysis);
- Academic and practical experience with a wide array of new product, brand, advertising and customer satisfaction research methodologies;
- Strong communication and presentation skills;
- Solid interpersonal skills. Hand on approach;
- International experience preferred.
