RESPONSABILITATI

Create and implement a coherent Compensation & Benefits Strategy for Edy Group.
Design and implement strong Performance Management systems, and educate the organization towards their effective application.
Ensure the legal compliance of all HR processes from the Romanian Labor Legislation point of view, as well as the organizational compliance to the H&S regulations.
To shape and deliver practices and processes for creating high performance and customer service culture in the HR function.
Be the contact point and ensure the delivery of high HR services to one of the Edy business units.
