- Assist with the ongoing development of pay and salary bands for all roles;
- Develop, maintain and communicate reward strategy;
- Monitor and manage the various bonus and benefits packages ensuring that they are creative and applied consistently throughout the Company;
- Oversee day to day administration for all benefits, and queries from the business on all aspects of remuneration to ensure consistency in our approach.

10- University Degree;
10- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Comp&Benefit Manager;
10- Good command of English Language (written and spoken);
10- IT literacy, particularly with Excel;
9- Attention to detail coupled with creative thinking, excellent analytical thinking;
9- Good knowledge of employment and tax law;
9- A proven track record of managing change in a fast paced environment;
9- The ability to articulate data and deliver information at all levels within the organization;
