RESPONSABILITATI

Main Responsibilities


Manage and monitoring all commercial operations for the company's projects:

- insure the full implementation of client¿¿¿s commercial, contractual and technical aspects of the project including the final price before going to tender
- prepare cost analysis and estimate the costs for all possible supplementary works (after tender)
- resolve all the client requirements regarding all the project changes
- dentify the possible supplies.
- interface with subcontractors and building authorities on all aspects
- creating and monitoring all the Purchase Orders and all Contracts issued with subcontractors and suppliers on every project in progress. Monitoring all deliveries on site and all level of contracts
- monitoring Projects budget and expenses and preparing periodical reports.
- monitoring the payment situation and payment priorities.
- follow-up of contractual obligations and monitoring fulfilment of these obligations.
- insure project schedule and deadlines
- working under direct supervision of the General Manager/ Branch Manager.


CERINTE

- Minimum 3 year experience in a similar position
- University degree in economics/ construction.
- Foreign languages - fluent English obligatory. German - an advantage.
- Proven team management skills;
- Excellent analytical skills;
- Proven experience to work under deadlines, prioritize workload and adapt to changing priorities, proactive approach;
- Organization, time management and task prioritization skills;
- Initiative, solution and action oriented;
- Good communication and interpersonal skills;
- Reliable person able to assume responsibility;
