- Manages and controls the financial activities in order to ensure conformity with company guidelines, national legal regulations and accounting standards.
- Develops or revises financial systems to meet the needs of the organization.
- Responsible for supervision of the accounting, including preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Makes sure that all financial documents are accurate, complete and finished on time, as well as reporting it to the Romanian Fiscal Authority, according to the legislation and the company procedures and politics.
- Makes sure that the Annual Inventory for the Company assets is done and finishes on time the Financial situation in the end of the year.
- Ensures full compliance with the relevant legal and tax requirements.
- Verifies the accounts payable, accounts receivable and fixed assets.
- Provides support to the management and to the financial auditors of the company.
- Examines and analyses accounting records to determine the company’s financial status and makes recommendations for improving the financial operations and the position of the company.
- Manages, supervises, appraises and motivates the members of the financial department.
Knowledge
-Bachelor degree in Economic studies
-Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
-Management experience within a multinational company
- Good knowledge of tax laws and legal requirements
-Good knowledge of Romanian Accounting System
-Experience with an ERP system
-Good knowledge of English
-Very good PC skills
