The candidate must have excellent English, and strong team building experience with a managerial position in another call center or customer service related environment.

The candidate must be a fast learner, and able to delegate, be hard working.

Salary starting $400 per month plus bonuses dependent on results.
(also possibility to earn more after a few months.)
