RESPONSABILITATI

Working as part of a team and in close contact with other international offices, your main responsibilities will be:

- Keep in contact with local suppliers for monthly stock-up;
- Insure support for organizing business travels;
- Organize various team events (get-togethers, Christmas party etc.);
- In charge of primary accounting;
- Insure permanent communication with the Accounting supplier;
- Responsible for bank operations and cash operations;
- Ensure timely submission, accuracy, consistency and integrity of financial data, forecasts, business analysis and other specific analysis for accounting supplier, reporting and management;
- Create and prepare ad-hoc reports and presentation required by management;
- Update databases for expenses and profitability with monthly data;
- Offer support for the preparation of the Company financial statements and reports;
- Monitor and analyze monthly P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash-Flow;
- Filing in and recording data for reports, assisting with administrative tasks associated with costs and budgets;
- Keep the contact with the Paris HQ for financial reporting;
- Maintain the contact with functional management and HR department in Timisoara on administrative matters;
- Support the office management assignments.


CERINTE

Requirements:

- University degree in Economical Sciences;
- English language skills is a mandatory requirement;
- French or other European language would be preferable;
- Financial accounting background is a plus;
- Preferable proven work experience in a similar position for minimum 1-2 years;
- Work experience in cost controlling, in a multinational company would be a plus;
- Excellent communication and interaction skills;
- Ambitious, innovative, extrovert, open-minded and hardworking person;
- Good organizational and multitasking skills;
- Dynamic and motivated, you like taking initiatives and you work as well as individually as in a team;
- Excellent Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
