- Receive and send reports, e-mails, phone calls
- Offer informational support within the department and to other departments (if needed)
- Organizing the agenda, documents and events
- University degree, Business Administration Diploma is a plus
- Highly skilled in PC software programs, such as Windows, Word, Power Point, Excel
- Advanced English knowledge, French is a plus
Experience with reporting, drawing charts, schedules, statistics
- Very dynamic, well organized and persistent person.
Responsible and talkative
- Great presentation skills, great with organizing different activities
- At least two years of experience in secretarial work
- Background in a multinational company and working with foreigners is a great advantage
