Offer administrative and operational support to direct manager and related staff
Handle incoming and outgoing calls, mails and documents
Handle of department’s office materials, library
Initiate and follow up office products and services orders on behalf of the department
Arrange appointments, meetings, events as required for the direct manager and relevant staff
Participate in meetings and draft reports
Maintain databases, set up and maintaine file systems
Centralize and issue documents and activity reports
Link with internal and external contacts
High-school or college education
Advanced knowledge of English (German and/or French are a plus)
Good computer skills
Very good organizing and planning skills
Good abilities to prioritize and meet deadlines
Problem solver
Optimistic, effective and acting quickly
