Active Directory and File Server Administrator Ghiroda-Timisoara , West Romania

Your Functions: You will be working within the Hella Corporate Center Romania which operates and administrates the company's business divisions. Here you will be part of our global IT support team and you will act as an Active Directory and File Server Administrator. You will install, configure, and maintain Active Directory, policies, group, users. You will plan file server infrastructure (storage capacity, backup technologies, data organization) and also provide daily support for Active Directory Infrastructure. You need to install, configure, and maintaining File Server Services and the DIVA Access Management System. You will manage Active Directory access delegation and also diagnose, resolve, and communicate advanced problems. You will also provide daily support for data restore and data access permission.  

Your Competence: Your profile is as varied as your new duties. In order to be successful in this position you should have a bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. You need strong understanding of configuring and supporting Microsoft Windows OS technology including Active Directory Forests, Active Directory Domains, Trusts, DNS, Organizational Units and LDAP. You should also have a good knowledge and experience with Windows 2008 R2 Active Directory including Group Policy Object creation and management, AD migration, automation using PowerShell 2.0 scripting technologies and Backup/Recovery Best Practice. Solid understanding of networking principles and an ability to interpret server operational characteristics, accurately determine the presence of a problem, and identify possible solutions. Fluency in English language is mandatory. German represent an advantage.
