For our location Timisoara we search for dynamic and motivated people to join our Finance department. The main areas in accounting are: Customers, Internal and External Suppliers, Treasury, Bussines Trips, Inventories, Fixed Assets and Taxes.
Job area:
Internal and external advances (business trips).
You will be involved in accounting activities for advances and you will interact with various external and internal relationships: team assistants, colleagues, financial annalists, banks.
Daily task are:
- perform transaction accordingly with the Romanian laws and internal procedures;
- check, review, control and clarify the primary documents for accounting purpose, maintaining the general ledgers for correct transactions and at the minimum cost;
- verify the opening and closing for Advances;
- review and reconcile accounting records on a monthly basis and submits data necessary for the adjustments.
You will use standardized tools like SAP, Multicash and intranet WEB application.
A mentor will support you to stepwise take over own responsibility after an initial training phase which will familiarize you with our products, tools, processes and organization.
We are looking for:
- a graduate of Economics Faculty,
- minimum one year experience in finance activity,
- with good knowledge of accounting and fiscal regulation, organized.
- SAP knowledge is a plus.
