Our client is active in the production of cellulose-based molded fiber packaging products and is the market leader in the field of egg packaging manufacturing. The company has gained the customer’s justifiable appreciation and confidence with its approximate 240 millions of egg tray and egg carton production which corresponds to 70% of the domestic Romanian market. Our client expanded its production through international investment policies with environment-friendly cellulose-based, healthy and hygienic packaging products by utilizing pioneering technologies of the sector in the light of holding principles: “people first” and “expand what has been taken from the society and sharing it again with the society ”.
• Provides technical support for the IT Manager in activities that support the daily operations of the Romanian business,
• Provides primary assistance in the use of products, trouble-shooting, and providing technical consultation for hardware and software requirements on multiple products.
• Provides user training for software and hardware to ensure that users are capable of effectively using the technology to meet business needs.
maintains workstations and peripherals (printers, multifunctional devices, copy machines, modems etc);
Diagnose, troubleshoot and solve all IT related problems

• Promote user self-sufficiency, effectiveness, and productivity through the use of information technology,
Bachelor's degree or combined equivalent of education and experience in a related subject area.
Related experience in a similar environment- min. 2 years
High degree of hardware knowledge-X86, Ethernet
English language medium/ advanced level
Experience with an ERP
Knowledge and experience with: Linux, Windows 2003 Server/ Active Directory
Strong training and support skills
The ability to work independently and with individuals of different cultural backgrounds
