- Assess the accounting and tax impact of consignment inventory project implementation and the project’s consequences on the current business organisation
 - Provide support to IT specialists in designing the changes to current information system of the Company (i.e. SAP); participate in testing the outcome of the information system changes
 - Keep the appropriate accounting and tax records required by the Romanian legislation in relation to consignment inventory
 - Organise regular inventory counts for consignment stock, according to legal and business requirements
 - Support Accounting department in monthly, quarterly and year-end tax reporting to fiscal authorities
 - Provide tax advice on all issues that might appear during the normal course of the business
 - Maintain relationship with fiscal authorities and representing the Company in case of tax audits done by authorities
 - Support the Accounting department during the annual external audit process by providing appropriate documents and explanations to external auditors
 - Ensure the compliance of local processes with internal control requirements
- Fluent English
 - University degree in Finance or Business; ACCA, CPA or similar qualification is required
 - Sound knowledge of local and European tax law
 - At least 4 years of experience in tax consultancy (previous work as tax advisor in a BIG4 or international consultancy firm is an advantage)
 - SAP knowledge is an advantage
 - Able to identify/ anticipate business partners’ needs, provide high quality tax advice on various business issues at the request of accounting or other departments
 - Team work and interpersonal skills; he/she will manage relationships with associates, superiors, peers, as well as local authorities
 - Strong written and oral communication skills and ability to clearly present tax advice in reports distributed to regional and global offices, as well as external authorities
 - Self-motivated, with desire to go beyond average; fast, focused, with a flexible attitude
