It is a real DevOp role, combining System Administration, Database Administration and Development.
This will require a combination of research and development of new secure systems, upgrade of current Linux systems, development of automation tools, and maintenance / support activities.
This role will make the most of your solid knowledge and experience across the full stack of data centre and application technologies including: Linux, Apache, MySQL, Postfix, iptables, Load balancing, syslog, scripting, Nagios, Cacti, virtualisation.
Essential Attributes / Skills:
Excellent debugging skills
"Can Do" attitude
Demonstrable linux administration experience (Apache, MySql)
Ability to find and use new technologies
PHP coding knowledge
