Promoveaza oferta de date Orange la orice vanzare de laptop/tableta/smartphone
Intocmeste contracte de abonament si/sau servicii aditionale prin:
- abordarea potentialilor clienti din magazin
- prezentarea solutiei optime
- oferirea asistentei in utilizarea echipamentelor mobile si fixe
Responsabil pentru atingerea obiectivelor de vanzare, raspunzand activ asteptarilor potentialilor clienti; actiuni pro-active de cross-sell si up-sell
Efectueza toate setarile necesare la achizitionarea unui PC, telefoan sau orice alt echipament
Ofera suport celorlalti membri din echipa
Inregistreaza orice solicitare si modificare efectuata in baze de date specifice
Se asigura ca afisele si pliantele Orange expuse in magazin sunt valabile
Expediaza conform procedurii actele catre arhiva Orange
Asigura stocul de sim-uri si foi contracte Orange
Absolvent liceu, student, proaspat licentiat
Minim un an experienta intr-un domeniu asociat (preferabil vanzari, relatii cu clientii sau
merchandising)
Engleza fluent
Cunostinte foarte bune despre terminale si tehnici moderne de comunicatii
Cunostinte avansate operare PC reprezinta un avantaj
Orientare catre rezultate
Preocupare fata de client
