RESPONSABILITATI

Your Core activities as an Account Manager will be:

- Support users on our platform features (Job promotion, CV packages, Recruitment services and so on)
- Advice on recruitment procedures according to TJOBS policy
- Propose services and process signed contract for execution
- Ensure that all operational procedures within Tjobs Back office and between Tjobs and Agencies and Affiliate partners are performed according our T-standard policy

Example activities:

- Contact users when they are not actively using various online services
- Contact recruitment agencies for different recruitment projects posted to Tjobs
- Actively promote and sell services according to the targeted results and report monthly

The Goal of your function is to:

Guide recruiters through the platform and inform them about the additional service packages. Coordinates sales related activities and reports progress to management.
