General
We are looking for an experienced Customer Project Manager for an assignment in a Nordic Country for one of the largest telecom equipment provider. You will be part of the LTE implementation project team
Responsibilities
- manage the project scope (work breakdown structure) and control resources, project timing and cost vs. budget;
- organize work to implement solutions in line with time and budgetary targets during the delivery phase. You will also have the key role of creating add-on business using efficient change-request procedures.
- leads/drives all wireless network sub-contractors deployment activities in the site acquisition and site building processes following global contracts, objectives and budget conditions per group of sites (sites portfolio).
- sub-contractors management: control, tracking, and follow up of the site acquisition and engineering Sub-contractors according to the defined targets.
- secures and approves sub-contractors tasks/missions in line with the contractual lead times, quality and financial objectives.
- responsible for the tracking tool update and the weekly status reporting;
- solves the specific operational, legal/financial issues and generates global reporting to management.
- monitors closely wireless network deployment performance.
- manages the activities priority of the Site Engineers and relies on their expertise to take the appropriate financial and technical decisions for site building.
- acts as, per sites portfolio, a single interface between our customer and the deployment subcontractors Contributes to the definition and improvement of deployment processes, methods and procedures.
Requirements
Technical
- More than 3 years experience in telecommunications project management
- Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, Primavera Education
- Technical university degree

- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Excellent interpersonal skills, in multi cultural and multi national environments, in positions where communication is important and situations where teamwork is essential;
