JOB DESCRIPTION:
- develop Architectural proposals and solutions to meet Client Business Requirements
- design of IT solutions in specific technical areas to support Client IT Projects
- development of Low Level Design (LLD) documents to support the design and architectural requirements on a project by project basis
- work as part of a Project team and support Project managers and Team Leaders to implement Client IT projects
- work additional hours when required to achieve project schedules and implementation dates
- provide support on an as-required basis; it is expected that technical specialists will be providing 2nd or 3ed level support
- maintain technical documentation for all design and implementation activities to ensure that ongoing maintenance and support of new IT systems and services can be managed seamlessly
MAJOR RESPONSABILITIES:
- a range of Technical Specialists are required to provide design, development, implementation and support of Client IT Projects
- the skill sets required cover the entire IT Infrastructure including Hardware, Software, Networks, Database, Voice and Web
- all Technical Specialists are expected to be IT Graduates
- minimum 5 years industry experience in their specific technical area
- hold a relevant professional qualification for their specific technical area, EG :
o CCNA / CCNP / CCIE
o CCVP
o MCSE
o OCP
o IBM Certified WebSphere Developer
