• Provide a single point of contact to the client's financial controller for all finance related queries
• Build and maintain strong relationship with the client's Financial Controller
• Coordination of tasks held by Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Buy Center
• Ensure close process is completed in an accurate and timely manner
• Preparation and posting of journal entries
• Balance Sheet accounts reconciliation and intercompany reconciliation process
• Preparation of accruals, pre-paid releases
• Support Statutory Reporting (Financial Statements, VAT, CIT, Statistical Reports)
• Perform a high level review of both B/S and P/L for obvious errors, omissions or inconsistencies
• Drive SOX compliance on GL and AP processes, in particular on JE and Reconciliation documentation
• Support audit of financial statements as required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in leading and motivating teams
• Master degree in accountancy, economics or finance
• Proactive work style, experienced in implementing process improvements
• Fluent Hebrew
• Very good English
• About 3 years of proven experience in a similar role
• MS Office (mainly Excel) skills are essential; ERP literacy is desirable (SAP)
• Knowledge of GAAP's, SOX control and reporting standards/procedures
• Flexibility, especially in the period of month/year end closing
• Ability to work analytically within a problem solving environment
