Responsibilities:
key users support
standard and non-standard problems solving that emerge from user processes
configuration and customization of modules according to the user requirements
user-exit programming
modules management, monitoring and performance measurement
case suggestion and development for improving modules performance
case testing and implementation
close co-operation with SAP maintenance staff
Requirements:
excellent understanding of SAP modules and their integration in SAP environment
experience in implementation or support of SAP modules
German language knowledge
English language knowledge
team player
