RETAIL MANAGER
(EXECUTIVE MANAGER ¿ RETAIL BUSINESS UNIT)
ROLE:
As a Retail Manager, you will be actively involved in developing and implementing both short and long term business plan for Retail Business Unit in Serbia & Montenegro, being in charge with executive coordination and administration of the BU's general processes and policies. Retail Manager will implement and monitor the allocated budget and will be responsible for effective use of the available resources for reaching all the BU¿s commercial and development goals.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Develop (together with Headquarter management team) the strategic business plan for the Retail Business Unit in Serbia and coordinates its implementation;
- Implement and monitors the general policies, develops and approve specific operational procedures and methods in concert with general policies;
- Supervise the commercial activity of the BU and initiate improvements as necessary to meet all the expected sales results of the Retail network;
- Manage the process of developing the Retail network, in concert with the agreed business plan;
- Work closely with the managerial team, supervising the general sales, purchasing, marketing, administrative, HR, logistics and technical processes;
- Draw up and monitors the execution of budget (in collaboration with HQ Financial Manager), allocating necessary resources to key business fields as needed;
- Report to Headquarter on a constant basis.


CERINTE

REQUIREMENTS:

- University degree (MBA degree or other business administration training would be a plus);
- Relevant experience in General or Sales Management position within IT&C/Consumer Electronics/GSM commercial field or other Retail industry, with proven sales and business development results in a professional, dynamic, and fast growing business environment;
- Strong management skills: planning, organizing, prioritize and monitoring both challenging or routine multiple operations, taking decisions under pressure, budgeting, coordinating and motivating individuals/teams, delegating responsibilities skills;
- Excellent leadership and people management skills (preferably previous coordination of minimum 20 subordinates), with experience in creating and communicating a vision for the business based on the operating initiatives and values, and then mobilizing a team to deliver concrete and measurable results against the Company¿s strategy and goals;
- Analytical and strategic thinking abilities, proactively and positive attitude, result orientation and strong commitment to superior customer service;
- Very good computer skills;
- Very good command of English;
- Driving license ¿ B category;
- Available to travel for business purposes.
