The Recruitment Consultant will supervise and work closely with an assigned Recruitment Assistant based in Dubai/Abu Dhabi and will successfully recruit candidates, specially for oil & gas industry.
Developing new business by capitalizing on opportunities through candidate contacts is also integral to the work and a way to further grow within the company.
Key Functions and Responsibilities (Include but not limited to):
¿ Recruitment Process (understanding and completing job request, sourcing CVS in the database or websites, screening and short-listing relevant candidates, submitting the sort-list to the Managing Director before sending the CV to the clients, following up with the clients)
¿ Administration/Logistic (supervising the mobilization/demobilization and contracts process, updating the job request lists from clients)
¿ PR/Communication (networking with potential/existing clients)
¿ Business Development (relation with potential and actual clients, maintaining a quality business platform, suggesting new services/products according to the market needs and business opportunities)
¿ 3-5 years of working experience in HR field, with contacts and knowledge in the oil & gas industry
¿ available for immediate and permanent relocation to Dubai, after a training period in France
¿ excellent English and France skills, strong communication and relationship building skills
¿ excellent computer skills
¿ market (Oil & Gas) awareness and previous experience in this industry is an asset
