QA/QC Manager
Responsible for QA/QC activities at the construction site during Implements programs to oversee and monitor progress and success during the execution of the project

Chief Scheduler will direct and coordinate the integration of the Planning & Scheduling initiatives . Incumbent will ensure consistent application of Shaw Nuclear Services Project Controls Procedures to provide, maintain, and update a cohesive and comprehensive project schedule; reporting including performance metrics, analysis, trending, and forecasting.

Cost System Manager
Responsible for coordinating and managing the integration of multi-organizational costs for a major international nuclear power plant project. Construction involves multiple units at two different sites. Implements programs to oversee and monitor progress and success during the execution of the project. Monitors activities to ensure project objectives are met. Ensures that major cost items are identified and trended.

Modular Fabrication Shop Manager oversees Site Construction Management Support Staff for the Fabrication and Delivery of Modules to support the erection sequence for the Sanmen Site. Must have experience in module fabrication, structural welding, heavy rigging and transport. Monitors Site Schedule to identify trends and takes proactive measures to maintain progress. Ensure site QA/QC Program is being followed by Construction Subcontracts. Ensures Safety Standards are being met. Implements programs to oversee and monitor progress of construction contractor. Responsible for the on-site management of the assembly of structural sub modules and the installation of mechanical modules within the Nuclear Island. Coordinates across multiple disciplines in the assembly of the modules, such as QA/QC, Welding, Design and Field Engineering, Rigging, and Transport. This position must interface with the Procurement Group to provide schedule and technical requirements for procurement of materials.

Cost / Risk Control Manager
Responsible for coordinating and managing an international team to control the costs and risks of a major international nuclear power plant project. Implements programs to oversee and monitor progress and success during the execution of the project. Monitors activities to ensure project objectives are met. Ensures that major cost items are identified, trended and reported,that risk items are identified, reported and that mitigation activities are followed. Analyzes options to reduce project risks. Analysis and calculations of contingencies and potential extra costs to the project. Develop original budget for the project and the estimate budget for procurement.

Auxiliary Building Area Manage oversees Site Construction for the Site Project Management Office (SPMO), monitors Site Schedule to identify trends and takes proactive measures to maintain progress for the specific area.Must interface with the Procurement Group to provide schedule and technical requirements for procurement of materials. Provides for audits and surveillances to ensure milestones are met for contract performance.
