The Project Manager will manage multiple sourcing projects, coordinate buyer and supplier interactions, ensure teams have appropriate resources and design sourcing projects for success. The Project Manager will focus on driving projects which create maximum benefit for both buyers and suppliers.
Responsibilities
Acts as project manager for cross functional teams consisting of both internal and external stakeholders
Responsible for timeline and resource management
Accountable for structuring projects to meet customer goals and objectives
Ensures that all reports and systems are accurate
Responsible for understanding key business drivers and managing operational metrics, including cost, quality, cycle-time and customer satisfaction
Understands and complies with work instructions, process documents and technology tools
Has ultimate responsibility for project content and strategy including: project and bidding strategy, spend segmentation, supplier capability analysis, supplier recruitment and management, tender development, and data management
Leverages prior global supply management or commodity experience. Capable of quickly developing knowledge in other industries or commodities
Facilitates and/or performs quality checks for team members including, but not limited to: Email reviews, RFQ reviews, Meeting Minute Reviews
University degree
Min. 1 year of sourcing or supply chain experience ( sepecifically Sourcing , Contract Management, or Supplier Management )
Fluent English and Russian or Spanish &Portughese
Project management experience is an advantage
