The candidate should be:
* Fluent in English
* Degree in an Engineering or Computer Science discipline or equivalent.
* Knowledge of:
* - .NET 3.5 technology stack, specifically WPF (including Silverlight) and WCF
* - Object Oriented Design
* - Relational databases and SQL
* - Unit Testing
* Excellent communications skills both oral and written.
* Awareness of agile development processes (ideally Scrum)
* Evidence of continuous professional development, such as involvement in open source projects, attainment of Microsoft certifications, participation in user groups, tracking blogs, podcasts or authors, etc.
* Drive to gain in-depth domain knowledge of monitoring and diagnostics.
