OPTIMA RECRUITMENT EUROPE together with our partner in Kosovo are searching for doctors - specialised doctors and other medical staff. Currently we are mainly searching for:
- Poly-Trauma surgeon: General Surgeon with some knowledge and experience in Orthopaedic surgery (treatment of fractures etc.)
- Anaesthesiologist with significant experience in the Trauma O.R. and in post-operative intensive care
- O.R. nurses with significant experience in poly-trauma surgery
- HEMS doctors, certified and specialized in emergency care (anaesthesiologists, specializing in emergency care and in EMS/HEMS patient pre-hospital rescue and inter-hospital transportation)
- HEMS nurses /advanced paramedics
* EU general medicine diploma + specialty medicine diploma
* Few years of experience required from mentioned departments (10 years)
* Fluency in English language both spoken and written
* Responsibility, flexibility, proficiency, high motivation, stress resistance
* Experience in humanitarian aid, armed conflict areas or equivalent is considered as an advantage
* Possibility to gain unique experience on the mission in Kosovo
* Contract period for Medical Staff for Hospital will be for 3 months
* Salary: O.R. Nurses: 2.200 - 3000 EUR/month (depends on experience)
* Salary Doctors: 4000 - 7000 EUR/month (depends on experience)
