- Provide the operational support for the tools based on OpenView products
- Working on incident management, change management and operation management activities within OpenView environment for Level1 and Level 2 type of the tasks
- Support for OV server and OV agent running on managed systems
- Acts proactively on recurrent incidents
- Assists the Delivery Lead and Technical Owner in their overall responsibilities
- At least 2 years in IT environment
- Good technical knowledge of Unix and Windows operation environments
- Average knowledge of the OV(open view) tools and OS administration
