Key Account Managers influence our Key Customers (Hypermarkets, Cash&Carry, Wholesalers, Supermarkets) decisions in critical business areas by using conceptual selling techniques and data-based presentations.
Customer Business Development (CBD) is a worldwide P&G multi-functional strategy to deliver forecasted brand volume and profit by working cooperatively with our individual customers to build their sales, market share and profits.
CBD selling is conceptual, data-based technology driven and multi-functional. Key Account Managers influence our Key Customers (Hypermarkets, Cash&Carry, Wholesalers, Supermarkets) decisions in critical business areas by using conceptual selling techniques and data-based presentations. This involves developing assortment, shelving, pricing and merchandising activities, based on consumer research that gives us insight into what drives shopper purchase behavior.
As a CBD Key Account Manager, you will: ¿Manage a geographical region consisting of International Customers, Wholesalers and Supermarkets;
-Be responsible for delivering volume and leadership in-store presence;
-Identify business building opportunities for our brands and sell persuasively;
-Build partnership with our customers


CERINTE

-University degree;
-Fluency in English;
-Strong leadership, innovation skills and the ability to make things happen;
-Ability to analyze and solve complex problems;
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills, a customer-oriented attitude;
-Valid driving license;
-Permanent citizenship or a work permit valid in Kosovo.
