Key Accountabilities
-As JD Edwards Developer you will be responsible for development activities as part of the rollout of an ERP template in multiple European factories.
-You will work together within a team of JDE developers responsible for Custom Application Development, Report Development, UBE and Business Function Development.
Key challenges
-Deliver designated project targets within a highly demanding environment.
-Able to identify and solve issues in complex and innovative application architectures.
-Multiple successful projects demonstrating excellent understanding of JD Edwards Development activities.
-Work in international environment, willingly to travel (30%), flexible in terms of time schedule & office, work with limited supervision.
Your experience & profile
-Bachelor / University level and 2-4 year hands-on experience in development involving JD Edwards Development Tools.
-Applied deep knowledge of web Methods best practices for development methodology using web Methods Flow Language.
-Experience in an international multi-site environment, preferably in a manufacturing, consumer packaged good company.
-Good analytical skills and systematic and pragmatic approach to problem resolution.
-Ability to communicate complex solutions to end users in business language.
-You connects effectively with others and have the ability to liaise with functional consultants.
-You are a strong team-player with an open attitude, result-oriented and focuses on team performance.
-Accepts and delivers on challenging targets, sets high personal and team targets. Customer oriented.
Technical Skills
-Knowledge and use of One World Toolkit at ERP8.0 or above preferably 8.96
-Knowledge of developing for One World HTML Version
-Awareness of C/C++ use with JDE : debugging, but not development RDBMS Knowledge : MS/SQL, Oracle.
-Experience of Interfacing to Third Party Software/Solutions.
-Knowledge of XPI also an advantage
-Travel required: 30%
